Punjab Super Kings Vs Delhi Capitals 2019
In a thriller match where Punjab batted first and posted a target of
167 with David Miller (43) and Sarfaraz Khan (39) been the top scorer
for the Kings. In return Delhi Capitals with a very strong start by
the top order were 144 for the loss of just 3 wickets, Rishabh Pant
(39) and Colin Ingram (38) were the top scorer for DC, shockingly the
team suffered a collapse losing 7 wickets in just next 17 bowls, Sam
Curran being the star for the Kings picking up a hat-trick, and
restricting DC for just 152.
Sunrisers Hyderabad VS Pune Warriors 2013
A low scoring match for T20 format, batting first SRH were only able
to score 119 runs, Biplal Samantray (37) and Amit Mishra (30) were the
top scorers for SRH, Bhuvneshwar Kumar was impressing with the bowl
for Pune with 3 wickets In his 4 overs. In return Pune made a quick
start in the power play but didn’t capitalize it. Top 6 got a start
but nobody was able to convert it into a big score which resulted a
collapse in the Pune batting lineup, Pune were 101 for 4 chasing 120
lost 6 wickets for just 7 runs and lost the game by 11 runs. Amit
Mishra was the hero with both bat and bowl picking up 4 wickets in his
4 overs.
Deccan Chargers Vs Royal Challengers Banglore 2008
In the first editing of IPL , Deccan chargers were on top with a
streak of 5 victories back to back. DC was facing RCB, batting first
Deccan Chargers made a very strong opening stand of 100 plus with
Gilchrist and Gibbs, Deccan Chargers faced the biggest batting
collapse in IPL history from 164 for 5 to 165 all out. Deccan Chargers
lost 5 wickets for just 1 run. In return RCB easily chased down the
target with 1 over left.
Deccan Chargers Vs Delhi Daredevils 2009
In the second edition of IPL Deccan Chargers were taking on Delhi
Daredevil, DD batting first posted a good target of 174 with AB de
Villiers and Dinesh Karthik both scoring 44 runs each, in return
Deccan Chargers were In a very strong position with 149 for 3, chasing
174 runs lost 7 wickets for just 12 runs and went to 161 all out from
149 for 3. Captain Gilchrist been the top scorer with a fifty for the
Chargers and Rajat Bhatia been the hero for DD with the bowl taking 4
wickets In 4 overs.
