KKR is one of the three IPL teams with the most titles won, and arguably one of the best-performing teams overall. In 2012 and 2014, KKR won the league title under the leadership of Gautam Gambhir. KKR also played in the 2021 final under the captaincy of Eoin Morgan, despite a bad start to their season in the beginning. Earlier known as the Delhi Daredevils (DD), the Delhi Capitals have managed to reach the knockout stages only four times in sixteen editions of the IPL. DC led by Rishabh Pant , have an exciting squad for the 2024 IPL.

When we talk about stats Out of 32 encounters so far, KKR have won 16 while DC have won 15 and one match was without any result. Highest runs in this rivalry  Shreyas Iyer 552 runs and David Warner 456 runs, Highest wickets Sunil Narine 25 wickets and Kuldeep Yadav 15 wickets, Most centuries David Warner (1), 5 wicket hauls Varun Chakravarthy (1).  Prithvi Shaw missed his century by 1 run in a super-over thriller. Till now keeping these stats in mind KKR has an upper hand on DC with 1 extra win.
