South African pacer Kagiso Rabada registered a new record during the ongoing Bangladesh test match. Kagiso Rabada became the fastest bowler in the history of test cricket to reach 300 test wickets in terms of deliveries bowled. Rabada achieves this milestone in just 11,817 deliveries, surpassing legends like Waqar Younis and Dale Steyn in this record.

Along with that, he also became the third fastest South African to reach 300 test wickets in terms of matches played, being behind Dale Steyn and Allen Donald. Also have the best average among any bowler in the globe who has 300 or more Test wickets. Rabada has a whacking strike rate of 39.4, followed by Dale Steyn and Waqar Younis having the average of 42.3 and 43.4, respectively. Therefore, the only bowler in the world who has taken 300 test wickets and has a strike rate below 40. Rabada is also among the bowlers who has taken a hat-trick in all three formats of cricket.
